About P2 Programs

P2 Programs was founded by Paul Parks in 1986, beginning as a part-time venture developing barcode-based inventory and process-tracking applications for barcode suppliers in the Houston, Texas area. Following eight years of hands-on experience in construction and manufacturing—four years with Brown & Root’s Capital Projects Division and four years with Baker Oil Tools—Paul founded P2 Programs and began full-time operations in 1992.

In 2023, the company formally became P2 Programs, LLC. Leveraging decades of real-world construction and manufacturing expertise, P2 Programs has since developed numerous custom barcode software solutions for organizations of all sizes.
